Responsibilities
- Must have experience in Domestic hiring
- Must have handled complete recruitment cycle
- Must Have worked in CTH positions
- Should have excellent knowledge in Job portals and Social networking recruitment
- Understanding and analyzing the requirement of clients for different levels
- Monitoring/Handling the Client requirements on a regular basis
- Scheduling interviews for relevant candidates and follow up till the date of joining.
- Candidate must have ability to handle pressure and work as per the given target.
- Must be flexible in working extended work hours whenever required.
